Portraits weren't my thing for a long while. And now, Portraiture has a deeper meaning. 

 

Given the opportunity to photograph for the 'Art of Living' magazine I decided to challenge my deluded thought in 'not being able to create portraits'.

 

Being with the subject and having read their personal stories of transforming challenges into victories, something of their 'story' always unlocked something within me.
